NOVA HOMES is the brain child of 4 partners who have a passion for business. They each determined they had very complimentary skills and talents and that if they joined forces they’d be able to build something very unique and possibly even change an industry for the better.

They started NOVA Homes with the idea that the residential construction industry was due for a massive upgrade and that change needed to happen at every aspect of the industry. They

launched their business in 2023. Our passion is to provide our clients with beautiful quality home renovation projects.

Igor Kondenko

Igor Kondenko has 15 years experience in the General Contracting industry. His career started with completing a degree in higher education for Construction Management, working in the field and also working for commercial developers, General Contractors and Investment firms before launching NOVA Homes.

Igor is a Licensed General Contractor and operates the Nova Home Business. He has a passion for Construction, as well as Business, but most importantly seeing clients of NOVA home fall in love with their newly renovated or built homes designed and built by NOVA Homes.

Mark White

Mark White has over 20 years of experience in the home repair industry, which began with a home remodeling business and has since expanded to the ownership of Foundation King, a foundation repair company, and MRW Fabrication, a steel fabrication company. Mark has been a licensed general contractor for 20 years.

He excels in problem-solving, team development and leadership, driving business success through strategic growth and customer-focused services. Mark's strong track record in business development and his innovative, hands-on approach make him a valued partner of Nova Homes.

David Jackson

David Jackson is a marketing professional who has 10 years of experience in growing construction companies through strategic digital efforts. He has been behind several successful campaigns providing Overland Park web design and SEO services, leading built on the backbone of improving overall customer experience.

David lends his expertise to Nova Homes to help them not only put their best foot forward online, but ensure that customers and clients receive the best possible experience ahead of their first interaction with Nova Homes.

VJ Jonusas

VJ Jonusas has over 40 years’ experience in a wide variety of disciplines bringing a unique blend of capabilities to Nova Homes, LLC. As a business consultant and advisor, VJ will be assisting Nova Homes develop and incorporate consistent business best practices, and growth strategies with a focus on customer satisfaction wherever needed.
